Not only are they free and to encourage your appetite for the main dishes, they are also free on refill. Considering the world wide hype of Korean culture and food, these side dishes are lesser known. In this workshop, you will learn the principle of Namul recipes and how you can apply the recipe at home with various types of vegetables. What's in it for you? - 2hour + interactive session - All kitchen equipment and kitchenware provided - 2 Main Ingredients (Body of the dishes) - Pantry sauce combination - Dinner Served with the Namul of your making + rice & other side dishes to complete Korean meal table More than just cooking, you will also learn: - Differences between Namul in Modern Kitchen & Temple Kitchen - Rare ingredients and how to make use of them - How to integrate the recipe with local produce - Sustainable living practices by achieving zero food waste - Plant-based, no sugar, highly nutritious cooking tips This is a great workshop to learn the basic principles and methodology that focuses on the Temple food principle and integration of recipes. This workshop is an 'Eat as you make' workshop meaning you will be enjoying the dishes along with the full meal that is served after the workshop. So there will be no dishes to take home with.
