With aged Kimchi and its brine generated from the aging process, this Kimchi Pancake is good to keep at home for 2 weeks as there aren't any dairy is used. The pancake is usually freshly pan-fried and delivered to your home. 



  • Baking flour
  • Almond flour
  • Aged Kimchi (usually abour 4 weeks old)
  • Walnut oil
  • Sesame oil
  • Grape seed oil
  • Olive oil
  • Fermented soysauce
  • Salt
  • Cooking oil (Sunflower seed oil)
