For this workshop, we are using only Aged Kimchi, generally from 3 months old and older, following the traditional recipe and proving the biochemistry of this recipe. Kimchi Pancake is a great intro recipe that helps understand how Aged Kimchi and its microorganism interact with flour, oil, and heat. And you will also practice how to manage this Vegan sticky dough on a pan so that you don't end up with broken pieces of Kimchi pancake before serving it. Eat-As-You-Make workshop: Once you have completed a pancake, we will enjoy it right away. To Go bag: Any leftovers will be packed for you to take home. The recipe allows about 4 pancakes.
