Dear Customers, With a heavy heart, we must share that our kimchi-making activities at our current location have come to an unexpected pause. After a meaningful period of operating at Witte de Withstraat 148H, recent developments have required us to close our kitchen and vacate the premises much sooner than anticipated. This transition has been sudden and deeply difficult. We are taking this time to regroup, recover, and explore the best way forward for House of Fermentation. We are so grateful for your incredible support over the years—your enthusiasm for our kimchi and workshops has been a powerful source of strength. You helped turn this small business into something alive and resilient. While we may be on pause for now, this is not goodbye. We look forward to reconnecting in the future, in a new form and space.
